Returns are easy to make using our returns center. You may log in using your order number and email address.
Next, you will need to select the product from your order you'd like to return.
After you've selected your product, you will be prompted to let us know why you want to return. Please select a reason from the list provided. You will also have an option to add additional notes and add your product images.
If there was an issue with your product attaching an image is extremely helpful. These images are forwarded over to our suppliers to help eliminate any issues in the future. If there is an issue with the product we will gladly replace the item, and issue a full refund. Click here to view our refund policy.
Next, you will need to let us know if you'd like to exchange the product for a different one or let us know if you'd like a refund.
You may exchange the product for either the same product or a similarly priced product. You may request a refund, but the refund can only be returned via the same payment method used when you initially placed your order.
The final step is to request the return shipping label. Once your request is approved by our support team, you will receive the return shipping label via email.
You may place the return label either on the original packaging or obtain an envelope or box from your local USPS facility. We cover the cost for return shipping, and this cost is calculated when using the return label. Please feel free to reach out to our support team with any questions or concerns.
